Schmacon Caprese Kabobs

Makes 24


12 slices Schmacon™, crisped
24 Cherry Tomatoes
24 small fresh Mozzarella balls
Pesto Sauce or Italian Dressing
24 large toothpicks


  1. Prepare Schmacon™ according to directions. Let cool and then cut in half.
  2. Place mozzarella on each toothpick (it will be at the bottom).
  3. Fold half slice of Schmacon and slide it on to toothpick.
  4. Top each toothpick with a cherry tomato.
  5. Lay on serving platter.
  6. Drizzle with pesto sauce or Italian dressing.
