Schmacon™ Caprese Kabobs
12 slices Schmacon™, crisped
24 Cherry Tomatoes
24 small fresh Mozzarella balls
Pesto Sauce or Italian Dressing
24 large toothpicks
- Prepare Schmacon™ according to directions. Let cool and then cut in half.
- Place mozzarella on each toothpick (it will be at the bottom).
- Fold half slice of Schmacon and slide it on to toothpick.
- Top each toothpick with a cherry tomato.
- Lay on serving platter.
- Drizzle with pesto sauce or Italian dressing.
