SCHMACON™ Crisp & Serve™ Instructions:

Remember, SCHMACON is essentially fully cooked and you are heating to “Crisp & Serve™”

SCHMACON needs to just be crisped.
Use one of the following crisping methods:

PREPARATION Instructions:
Use one of the following methods to Crisp & Serve™:

OVEN: (preferred method) Remove slices from package and place on a lined baking sheet:
Conventional Oven: Preheat to 425-450˚F.  Bake 7-10 minutes.- Convection Oven: Preheat to 400-425˚F.  Bake 7-10 minutes.

PAN or GRIDDLE: Arrange slices in a single layer on one of the following surfaces:
Griddle: Preheat to 425˚F or medium high heat.  Crisp 4 minutes per side.- Sauté Pan: Preheat to medium high heat.  Crisp 4 minutes per side.

MICROWAVE: Adjust heating times as needed.
Arrange slices in a single layer on a glass or ceramic microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for approximately 45 seconds per slice. If crisping more than 8 slices, rotate the dish halfway through the crisping cycle. For best results, allow to cool for 1 minute .

TURBOCHEF Cooking Instructions: 
Quantity:       1 Sheet or 4 Strips
Set Temperature:
500˚F or (260˚C)
Total Cooking Time: 30 seconds
